2. Player Eligibility

Access to gf222 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. gf222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gf222 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will suspend any account where verification reveals the account holder is under 21.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity — and must be acting on your own behalf when using the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your account. Any registration completed using false, incomplete or another person's identity information is void and the associated account may be closed without notice.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor or consultant of gf222, nor an immediate family member of such a person, when using the Platform for gaming or betting purposes.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with gf222 or any other gaming platform. Players who have previously self-excluded and attempt to re-register will have their new accounts closed and any winnings forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gf222 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gf222 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All payment accounts used must be registered in the player's own name; the use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by gf222, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your gf222 account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, you should contact [email protected] with the transaction reference number.
• gf222 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in the registered player's own name.
• gf222 reserves the right to run KYC (Know Your Customer) checks on deposits above threshold amounts and to request supporting documentation. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability of that method. gf222 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 10 minutes for bKash, Nagad and Rocket, subject to payment provider availability at the time of the request.
• gf222 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transfer or service fees, which are outside gf222's control.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified player accounts. gf222 may delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

In the event that a player's account is closed — whether voluntarily or by gf222 — any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the gf222 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are governed by those providers' certified game rules in addition to these Terms. By participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge that the outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds and that gf222 does not control or influence game outcomes.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform, including your participation in any game or betting market, complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. gf222 makes no representation that gaming or betting is legal in any specific jurisdiction outside of where the Platform is operated.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. gf222 will not reverse a bet once it has been confirmed by the platform, except in circumstances where gf222 determines that the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds, market pricing or system configuration.
• Where a game or betting market is interrupted due to a technical fault — including server disconnection, game provider outage or network disruption — gf222 will resolve the affected rounds in accordance with the game provider's rules. Where a resolution cannot be determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain game categories and bonus-funded play. Where a maximum win cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the game or promotion terms. Winnings exceeding any applicable cap will not be credited to the player's account.
• gf222 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of a game or betting market has been compromised, including but not limited to match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting or the use of automated betting software.

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international Bangladesh fixtures — are subject to the specific rules published for each market type, including rules on abandoned matches, reduced-over games and weather interruptions. Players are advised to review the applicable market rules before placing bets on cricket events.

8. Intellectual Property and Privacy

All content on the gf222 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual content and game interfaces — is the property of gf222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of gf222.

The gf222 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of gf222. Unauthorised use of these marks — including use in social media profiles, websites, advertising or any other context that may imply an affiliation with or endorsement by gf222 — is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

gf222 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. gf222 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. 10. Amendments and Account Termination

gf222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gf222 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. The revised Terms will take effect from the date they are published at gf222.vip/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (net of incomplete bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method. gf222 may retain certain account data following closure as required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes including the detection of fraud, money laundering and prohibited conduct.
